1 General Information

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 477be platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("User", "you"). By using the 477be website or services, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

477be reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account

2.1 Age & Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account and use the services on 477be. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended or closed and bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing incorrect information may delay the account verification process and payments may be withheld.

• Your name, mobile number and email address must be entered correctly.
• The name registered on the payment method must match the name on the account.
• If any information needs to be changed, please notify the support team.

3 Account Verification

477be reserves the right to verify a user's identity in the interest of secure transactions. The following documents may be requested as part of the verification process:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of a bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay account.
• Additional verification documents if required.

Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Providing false or forged documents will result in permanent account closure.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

477be offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing a received bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 20 times (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period.
• A bonus may not be claimed more than once.
• If abuse of bonus rules is detected, the account may be suspended.
• Meeting the withdrawal conditions on winnings earned from bonuses is mandatory.
• The VIP programme's weekly cashback bonus has no separate wagering requirements.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

477be currently supports transactions via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.)

5.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal funds are generally sent within 15 minutes to 2 hours. First-time withdrawals or cases requiring identity verification may take additional time.

5.4 Withdrawal Rules

• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• The name on the payment account must be identical to the account holder's name.
• 477be reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

6 Gaming Rules

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 477be platform. Violations of these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or exploiting loopholes in the terms.
• Using the platform for money laundering or with illegally obtained funds.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Playing games using software bots, scripts or automated tools.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Operating an account on behalf of others or using their funds.
• Threatening, harassing or engaging in inappropriate conduct.

9 Privacy & Security

9.1 Account Security

• Keep your password and login details confidential and do not share them with anyone.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify us immediately.

10 Account Closure

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request closure of your own account at any time. It is your responsibility to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

10.2 Closure at 477be's Initiative

477be reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of the Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.

11 Limitation of Liability

477be strives to ensure the most reliable service possible. However, the platform is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Issues arising from the user's own device or network.

12 Changes & Amendments

477be reserves the right to amend these Terms, bonus offers, the scope of services or the fee structure at any time. Users will be notified as far in advance as possible of significant changes. Continued use of the site after changes take effect will be considered full acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance.
